How far in advance should I book my transportation?

We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee availability. Same-day bookings for luxury transportation are accepted based on vehicle availability.

What types of vehicles are available in your fleet?

Our fleet includes executive sedans, luxury SUVs, stretch limousines, sprinter vans, executive shuttles, party buses, and full-size coach buses, all professionally maintained for your comfort and safety.

Can I request a specific vehicle model?

Is a deposit required to reserve a vehicle?

Certain specialty vehicles such as stretch limousines, party buses, and coach buses may require a deposit to confirm the reservation. All deposits are non-refundable.

Are there any additional fees?

Additional fees may apply for extended wait time, extra stops, parking, tolls, or a cleaning fee if necessary. All charges will be disclosed at the time of booking.

What is Worldwide Driver's cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time to avoid cancellation fees. Different policies may apply to party bus rentals and large group bookings. Please note: Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations after deposit payment will result in forfeiture of the deposit amount.

What happens if my flight is delayed for an airport transfer?

We monitor flights in real time. If you provide your flight number during booking, we automatically adjust your pickup time at no extra cost.

Can I bring food or drinks into the vehicle?

Complimentary bottled water is provided. Additional food and beverages are permitted with prior approval. Alcohol is allowed in limousines and party buses for guests 21 and older.

Are your vehicles non-smoking?

Yes. Smoking, including vaping and e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited in all Worldwide Driver vehicles to maintain a clean and comfortable environment.
